Audrey Bennett

Audrey is dedicated to making therapy a safe, collaborative space for individuals to explore issues which are getting in the way of leading authentic and meaningful lives.

She values the uniqueness of each individual, fostering a therapeutic relationship that serves as a powerful tool in the healing process.

Audrey has experience working with adolescents, and adults across both community and hospital mental health settings.

She has experience integrating a number of evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Family and Systemic Therapy.

Audrey completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at the University of Sydney. She has conducted research into death anxiety and health anxiety; presenting these studies at national and international psychology conferences. She is a member of the Australian Clinical Psychology Association (ACPA) and Australian Psychological Society (APS).

Audrey offers appointments with adults and adolescents aged 12 and older, on Thursdays.
