Supervision

Dr Rachel Menzies

Dr Rachel Menzies is a Clinical Psychologist and Board-approved supervisor. She offers supervision for therapists and other health professionals seeking to deepen their clinical skills, broaden their knowledge, and enhance their confidence in providing high quality patient care.

With extensive experience in working with death anxiety and existential concerns, anxiety disorders, OCD and more, Rachel provides evidence-based guidance tailored to your professional development needs.

Rachel offers supervision for therapists at all stages of their careers - from early career clinicians and registrars to well-established psychologists seeking to refine or expand their practice.

Rachel’s supervision style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in mutual respect. Sessions are tailored to the supervisee’s goals and learning needs, whether focused on individual cases, theoretical integration, or therapy process issues. Rachel provides practical tools, clinical resources, and relevant research insights to support thoughtful, effective care.

She has a particular interest in supporting clinicians working with death anxiety, health anxiety, OCD, phobias, and clients experiencing broader existential concerns.

Her clinical approach is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), while also drawing on elements of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) and existential therapy. This flexible approach allows for thoughtful case formulation, effective treatment planning, and reflective supervision that is responsive to the complexities of clinical work.

Dr Menzies offers online supervision for clinicians worldwide.

Supervision is available for $290 AUD per 50-minute consultation (+ GST for clinicians located in Australia).

Benjamin Petrovic

Benjamin Petrovic is a Clinical Psychologist and Board-approved supervisor who provides individual supervision to psychologists seeking to build their clinical skills, deepen reflective practice, and work confidently across a range of client presentations.

Benjamin brings a feedback-informed approach to supervision, grounded in collaborative dialogue and attuned to each supervisee’s goals, strengths, and clinical challenges. Just as he would in therapy, he thoughtfully prepares for supervision by considering previous themes, relevant client work, and areas of growth.

His aim is to provide structure and continuity by bringing focused content to sessions, following up on ongoing cases, and helping supervisees refine their thinking and plans over time. He offers practical resources and tailored input to support both immediate clinical decision-making and long-term professional development.

To ensure supervision remains effective and collaborative, Benjamin actively invites feedback and regularly checks in on the supervisory process. He also draws on structured feedback tools such as the Supervisory Working Alliance Inventory and the Supervision Satisfaction Questionnaire to help supervisees reflect on what is and isn’t working, and to guide ongoing improvements.

He brings particular expertise in the treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD) and a broad range of anxiety disorders, including social anxiety, health anxiety, and generalised anxiety. He also has a strong interest in death anxiety and other existential concerns. Across all presentations, Benjamin helps supervisees explore how transference, countertransference, and other relational dynamics inform case formulation and intervention, supporting clinicians to stay attuned to both the client’s and their own responses in session.

His clinical and supervisory work is grounded in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), while also drawing flexibly from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Schema Therapy to support thoughtful, individualised case planning.

Supervision is available online for psychologists across Australia and internationally.

Sessions are available at $270 AUD per 50-minute consultation (+ GST for psychologists located in Australia).
